This policy explains what VerifyBeyond (“we”, operated by Syntegreti) collects through this marketing website, and how we handle it. It covers the website only — not the VerifyBeyond product, which is governed by a separate agreement with each customer.

What we collect

This site is intentionally light on data collection. There are no accounts, no trial sign-ups, and no advertising trackers. We collect information in two situations:

• When you contact us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter — your name, work email, and optionally your company, team size and message — so we can reply.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage (such as page views) may be recorded to understand what’s useful. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, if you request access, to set you up.
• To improve the website and our explanation of the product.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and the messaging channel that routes your enquiry to a real person).

Cookies

The site sets only what is needed to function — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, then remove them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared at any time — just email us.
